Account Deletion

This page explains how users of the listn app by Cloud Studios can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to delete your account
Option 1: In-app (recommended)
Users can delete their account directly in the listn app by navigating to:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
Account deletion requests made in-app are processed automatically.
Option 2: Email request
Alternatively, users may request account deletion by emailing:
from the email address associated with their listn account, with the subject line:
"Account Deletion Request"
What data is deleted
When an account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- User account and profile information
- Email address
- Voice recordings
- Text entries, notes, and memories
- AI conversation data
Subscription data
Subscriptions are processed via RevenueCat and the Google Play Store.
- Deleting your listn account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
- Subscriptions must be managed and cancelled via the Google Play Store.
- After cancellation, no further charges will occur.
Data retention
We do not retain personal data after account deletion, except where required by law (e.g. billing and tax records), which may be retained for up to 10 years.
